Smashed Cucumber Salad | 凉拌拍黄瓜
1 english cucumber
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons Chinese black vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon fried chili oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon sugar
Cut off ends of cucumber but leave the skin on. Peel garlic and trim ends. Smash cucumber and garlic with broad side of knife. Cut cucumber into bite size pieces and finely chop garlic. Combine with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
