Century Egg with Silken Tofu | 凉拌皮蛋豆腐


1 package silken tofu

2 century eggs

2 green onions

1/4 cup cilantro

2 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon black vinegar

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons pork floss

Open tofu package and drain carefully. Set aside. Peel century eggs and chop. Set aside. Chop up green onions, cilantro, and garlic. Combine with all wet ingredients in a small bowl. Plate tofu in a shallow bowl. Top with sauce, chopped century egg, and pork floss. Serve immediately.
